Why I Made This Blog...

I made this blog for an assignment at school. I enjoy C-Walking because its an outlet of expression... i dont know really its hard to explain...! ~_~

History of C-Walk...

Crip Walk also known as C-Walk, originated from an american gang called the crips in the earlly 1970's.

The rivalry between the two gangs "Bloods and Crips" spilt over into the music industry. With Gang artist such as Snoop Dogg and WC performing the "Crip Walk" in there video clips. As soon as the Crips invented the "Crip Walk" the Bloods invented the B-Walk.

About Me...

Hey, my C-Walk name is Kyro. I dont know how i got the name i just made it up on the spot. I have been C-Walking for a little under a year now. I'd honestly say im an *allright* C-Walker, even though i havent posted any videos on youtube or any site like that, i do hope to make a video in the near future! :D. I mainly C-Walk for fun. Im kinda in a group called *D.C.W.C* also known as Darwin Crip Walk Community, there are not alot of "members"

Crip Walk and Clown Walk...

Difference Between Crip Walk and Clown Walk

Clown walk was made to distance the relationship of Crip walk away from the gang Crips, hence the name. "Clown Walk" is a modern dance style.

Most people think crip walk and clown walk are the same thing but in fact there quite different. Clown Walk is usually perfomed much more faster then Crip Walk. Clown Walk is based on the foundational moves from the Crip Walk such as V and Shuffle.

The True difference between Clown Walk and Crip Walk is that it is not gang related. You dont flash gang signs or gang gestures. It is mainly for fun and entertainment.
